I will be made a permanent employee of Medco Health Solutions on December 2nd. Currently as a contingent worker I have been given several recognition awards, among them two of the companies highest honors. This is a dream come true for me. Finally a job with good pay, generous vacation time, and health benefits. Another great thing is a quarterly bonus that we have been meeting consistently since I have been working there. I really enjoy what I get to do for a living and the people I work with are phenomenal. Together we do what we can to pave a better way for health care and I am proud to be able to utilize my analytical and logical skills to serve a purpose I genuinely feel is worth serving.

I recently invested in a new computer. Specs:

Core i7 2.67 Ghz (8 cores x 2.67 = 21.36 Ghz under full load. I have yet to be able to stress it this much under normal operations. 50% usage is the most I've ever seen it get to. I was watching a movie, photoshopping, downloading several large files, and running several background applications; something my previous single core 3.06 Ghz would have come to an effective stop under)

9 Gb of RAM (with the above mentioned workload I only used 33% of the total physical RAM without even dipping into the pagefile)

nVidia Gtx 260 GPU (this thing is huge inside my computer's case and can handle everything from Adobe Photoshop CS4 x64 bit to every game made from 2009 and below on max settings at full HD resolution at 60 FPS.)

1 Tb internal hard drive (I got a Tb external for Xmas last year and with this I can hold all 300 of my movies, 7000+ songs, and all the pictures I could ever want to look at. Unfortunately after only having the PC for a week and a half the original HD failed and I had to replace it. The replacement is on the noisy side but so far it performs to my liking.)

Windows 7 OS. (Even though I like the interface and the support for all the things I do, fuck Microsoft for being the bastards they are. Their new operating system doesn't disappoint me and so long as it doesn't give me any shit I will give this OS a thumbs up)

I hooked this up to my new 1080p HD monitor and absolutely love the pair. Best machine and screen I've ever sat in front of.

I'm working on some new art and I should be done with it tomorrow. Still trying to perfect an effect I'm applying to the manipulation. As for my photography I will be doing more of it soon. Once I am made a permanent employee at Medco I will have Saturdays and Sundays to go out and find pretty things to photograph.

Xavier is getting so big. He has 6 teeth now and he exhibits early signs of high intelligence. He is also very silly and has a lot of fun with me. I never thought being a father would be this rewarding.

Drink this:

Mix two ounces of Jagermeister
One can of Red Bull
One bottle of Smirnoff Ice
And one ounce of Scotch Whiskey

in a VERY LARGE glass. All ingredients chilled. Do not add ice.

Gulp mixture down (chase with cola if you want) and wait 10 minutes. You will start to feel like you face is numb and your arms weigh a ton each. Then you will feel really strong for a few minutes. After that you will freeze in whatever position you are in. If you managed to lift your arms or get up you will suddenly feel weak as a baby but your mind will be running at full speed. If you manage to lie down and get comfortable you won't fall asleep but you will have blurry vision and at times extremely clear and amazingly detailed vision. You will see everything as if for the first time. After a half hour to an hour you will start to slowly but surely regain full control of your body. Side effects may include being comfortably numb, complete introspective journey, and an urgent need to piss a few hours later.
